Harmonia

Come check out the new Meme I started! It’s the Midweek Munchies Post with a code to (hopefully) make it easier. I would love for you to help get this thing started and help spread the word! I think it will be fun!!!

Jake Silver

GREAT post! Made me so envious I did not have any time to come up with a HDH this Wed.

Shelli

I love this line And while it does include countless trips to the playground, it will never be a walk in the park! That is so awesome and true, Rowan!

I love Felicity, too. She also has struggled, and admitted openly, with anorexia. She is an amazing woman.

Rowan

Harmonia:
OK, perhaps I'll get to that sometime. Thank you.

Jake:
Oh, I wish you had. You are where I got the idea. Now, it's become a habit. Thanks, too, for the compliment.

Shelli:
I came pretty close to leaving that sentence out. It felt kind of contrived. But I decided to keep it for its ring of truth. I'm glad you liked it.

As for the anorexia struggles, I think we need more celebreties to admit such things. Perhaps then we wouldn't have such warped perceptions of reality.

I've loved Felicty Huffman for years. I watched DH first year, but it got to... over the top. Though I always end up watching the end because I love Grey's Anatomy.

ccw

Don't watch DH, but I love Felicity Huffman. She is amazing, as is her husband.

I almost gave her a standing ovation when I watched a clip of that interview. Stahl's expression was priceless and Felicity made reference to the reaction. Such a fabulous answer.

I don't think any parent can know if they are a good parent until their child(ren) are grown and capable of telling their parents how they feel. It is simply too subjective.

Rowan

libragirl:
It sounds like we're coming from the same place with that.

ccw:
I wish I'd seen the interview.

I agree about grown children. But then again, they often don't know how to voice their feelings about such things until many years later. I know that I didn't.

Candace

This is absolutley one of the best things I have read! All true. All of it. Every word. Well done.

Rowan

Wow, Candace. Thank you.
I'm glad it rang true for you.
